How it works

How do I use an app?

Open its link in Chrome, Edge or Safari. The first visit needs internet; after that it also works offline. Paste your key once (the registration box above saves it for you on this device) and your apps unlock.

How do I install it like a normal app?
  • Android / Windows / Mac (Chrome or Edge): tap the Install button at the top of the app, or the install icon in the address bar.
  • iPhone / iPad (Safari): tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.

You get an icon and a full-screen window, just like a downloaded app.

Where is my data saved?

Only inside the browser on the device you are using, in that browser's saved site data for kashvconsultancy.com. It is never sent to KashV or anyone else. That keeps it private, but it also means:

  • Another browser, another phone or another computer starts empty. Chrome and Edge on the same laptop do not share data.
  • Clearing "cookies and site data", resetting the browser or uninstalling it deletes your data.
  • Private / incognito windows do not keep anything after you close them.
  • iPhone: Safari can erase saved site data after about a week of not opening a site. Use Add to Home Screen and always open the app from that icon. Data saved inside a Safari tab is not shared with the home-screen icon, so pick one way and stick to it.
What is Backup, and why does it matter?

Because your data lives only on your device, a backup is your safety net. Tap Backup (or Settings) in the app and choose Download backup. You get a small file you can keep in WhatsApp, email, Google Drive or a USB drive. To recover or move to a new device, open the app there, tap Backup, then Restore and pick that file.

Tip: download a backup at the end of every month, and always before clearing your browser or changing phones. Keep your key safe too, since you will need it on a new device.

Can I use it without internet, or share data between my phone and laptop?

Yes to offline use once the app has loaded one time. Phone and laptop do not sync automatically: download a backup on one and restore it on the other.

Payment terms

  1. What you get. A free key opens the 2 apps you pick. A Supporter (₹200) or Pro (₹500) contribution gives a key that opens every KashV free-tools app, including apps we add later. The Pro tier also includes one free 15-minute consultation with KashV Consultancy.
  2. One-time payment. There is no subscription and no renewal. You are charged once, in Indian rupees, through Razorpay.
  3. No refunds. Your key is delivered instantly after payment, so all contributions are final and non-refundable. The only exception is a technical error on our side, such as being charged twice for the same order or paying without receiving a key. In that case contact us and we will fix it or refund the extra or failed charge.
  4. Delivery. The key appears on screen straight after payment and is saved on your device. If it does not, call us with your payment ID and registered phone number and we will resend it.
  5. Your data. App data stays on your own device and is never sent to us. You are responsible for keeping backups (see "How it works"). We cannot recover data that is lost from your device.
  6. Service changes. We keep the apps running and add new ones regularly, but we do not guarantee any particular feature or uninterrupted availability. We may update, change or retire an app, and the apps are provided "as is". They are everyday tools and not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
  7. Fair use. A key is for you or your own business. Please do not share or resell keys. We may disable keys that are shared widely.
